I’m so sorry for picking such a sad book for this week’s Bookish Scene: Project 52 theme „Mother’s Love“ but when I stared at my bookshelves desperately trying to find a fitting book the only books that came to my mind where Harry Potter and „A Monster Calls“ by Patrick Ness and since a little bird (*coughs* Maraia *coughs*) told me that I might not be the only one with the Harry Potter idea I decided to go with this one. But at least I tried to make my picture a bit less depressing by adding some heart-shaped candy! ;P
BookishScene: Project 52 is a bookish Instagram challenge hosted by Joséphine (@wordrevel) and Georgie (@whatgeorgiedid), Further information can be found on both their blogs where you can also see a preview of the upcoming themes.
Haha, now I feel bad. /o\
I like your picture, though, and I like my picture, so I guess it all worked out. Besides, it was pretty funny. 😛 (I did end up taking a new one after I told you mine was boring, btw.)
I also like how you keep slipping hearts into your pictures. xD
Haha, don’t worry, it wasn’t a problem for me to go with AMC ;D
And it was indeed funny, especially that we both only thought of these two books XD
It’s only the second time that I „keep slipping hearts“ into my pictures! ;P
Haha, twice seems like a lot coming from you. I’m expecting to see them again. ;P
Hahaha the hearts add a nice little touch! I still need to read this, definitely before the movie!
Are you going to join our buddy-read in October? 😉
